Cleaned Furnace and VentsExperience and Good Comments
Isaac came out to my house and cleaned my furnace and vents. He was very professional and did a great job. He answered my questions and helped me with a noise that I was having with my furnace. I would hire them again,Not-So-Good Comments

Found them on Angie's with raving A+ reviews and a discount coupon.
Called and scheduling was easy and a crew of two visited with a truck mounted vacuum. One of the tech was senior and he gave a quote based on supply and return registers.
Put newspapers on all the supply vents (all vents are on the floor) and attached huge vacuum on one of the supply vent (said it's fine as they don't have proper access. Got a big can with compressed air and blew it around each supply vent for 5-10 seconds and maybe 20 seconds on each return vent and a minute inside the furnace. The entire job took 45min from pulling into the driveway to leaving the driveway.
Was a bit surprised that this process would have cleaned anything other than my pocket.
Few days of searching and viewing few videos made me feel stronger about my suspicion of getting scammed. So, I tried a rope to an OLD camera and took pictures of inside the ducts from all supply/return registers. It was no surprise that lots of things I got blamed for throwing in the trash were actually in the vents, including construction junk. All this stuff was less than 5 feet from the register (Combs, spoons, coins, paper, drywall, marbles, nails etc).
So, I write a honest review on Angie's (with pictures of ducts) and ask them to help me get this issue resolved. Angie's won't help unless I contact the Aurora Edmonds Furnace Cleaning (AEFC) and try resolving. So, I called AEFC and ask for a resolution or refund and they offer to visit again. I refused their repeat service, unless they come with proper equipment & duct cameras to prove their service.
No big surprise, but they don't even have cheap duct cameras. Their website doesn't list a mailing address or a contact name. I called them 2-3 times over the next month and I get the same excuse - "We are trying to source a camera".
Sparing you from the long story, but in the end they refunded what they originally charged. It was not easy or free, but it involved the words lawyer, court, registered/certified mail etc. My cost to for the refund was about $30.
Where do I start ? Basically, I got scammed.
Their sticker on my furnace to remind me and dozens of postcards with discounts they send every year if I forget.
