uninstall/install one door/frame and install sink in the laundry roomExperience and Good Comments
My overall experience with Raymond is pretty good in terms of price and the service provided.During the whole process, he maintained the whole workplace very organized and almost requires no extra cleaning afterwards.
The total price is $550 for two trips
uninstall a single door/frame first (we wanted to replace the old washer/dryer with new ones. But they are too large to go through the door, so we have to remove the door and frame to move them out)
1) install a sink the laundry room in a position. Specific jobs includes cut dry wall, install pipes.
2) put back the door and frame
3) touch up paintings. The uninstall/install process creates a few bare spots without paints. He also made up those spots.
There is still room in the price, $550 is still a bit expensive in considering the amount of work involved. But I do not like to try too hard on this. I have quoted other handyman before I contact him. Some gave me a quote of $1300 which blow me away.
