Business Description

I'm David, a Redmond-based independent locksmith serving Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and surrounding cities. Whether you’re in need of emergency service because you’ve locked yourself out or lost your keys, you’d like the doors in your workspace to be master-keyed, or you want to set up an appointment to rekey, change, or install some new locks, you can always expect me to provide timely and affordable service.

My locksmith service is entirely mobile, performed out of my rolling shop. Since I don't maintain a storefront location, I'm able to keep my costs low and pass the savings on to my customers. I rely upon repeat business and treat every customer accordingly. I field emergency calls 24 hours a day, I’m straightforward about arrival times and likely costs, and like any legitimate locksmith, I’m licensed, bonded, and insured. During the day I'm usually able to arrive most quickly to locations in Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland. At night and on Sundays, it takes me 20 to 25 minutes to get to most places in Redmond.

I try to be ecologically friendly in the performance of my job. To whatever extent possible, I reuse quality parts rather than throwing them away and I regularly bring old hardware to the scrap yard when it's really used up. Part and parcel to that, I am always extremely hesitant to destroy a perfectly good lock merely because I don’t have the key. And if you're within a couple miles of me and the job is not urgent or complicated, I may even show up on a bicycle to spare the atmosphere some carbon emissions.
